- Our offices-without-walls and staff-without-titles are unique in the industry. However, we didn’t eliminate those walls and titles simply to be different, but rather to foster a spirit of cooperation and creativity. We wanted to make it clear to the youngest, newest hire that he or she always has the opportunity to make meaningful contributions — and that senior talent is still deeply involved in all aspects of the work. We established our agency with the understanding that our work is client-focused, not bureaucracy-driven.
- In the same spirit, we instituted our much-discussed employee “perks,” such as free yoga classes, massages, time with a personal trainer and catered free lunch to increase employee loyalty and keep turnover at a minimum. Our employees clearly benefit, but we’ve also never met a client who can argue with getting a consistent, reliable account team that understands their business inside and out.

Because of our flat structure and entrepreneurial spirit, CCA employees have the opportunity and potential to work on projects beyond their years of experience. The only limitations here are those that are self-imposed, and we make sure to reward staff based on talent, not title.
