  • Our offices-without-walls and staff-without-titles are unique in the industry. However, we didn’t eliminate those walls and titles simply to be different, but rather to foster a spirit of cooperation and creativity. We wanted to make it clear to the youngest, newest hire that he or she always has the opportunity to make meaningful contributions — and that senior talent is still deeply involved in all aspects of the work. We established our agency with the understanding that our work is client-focused, not bureaucracy-driven.
  • In the same spirit, we instituted our much-discussed employee “perks,” such as free yoga classes, massages, time with a personal trainer and catered free lunch to increase employee loyalty and keep turnover at a minimum. Our employees clearly benefit, but we’ve also never met a client who can argue with getting a consistent, reliable account team that understands their business inside and out.
